I started in corporate programme management. Fifteen years at senior level, delivering complex projects, managing stakeholders, holding accountability for outcomes that mattered. I learned what real operational rigour looks like.
At the same time, for nearly a decade, I was the person my community called. The Yoruba introductions. The Igbo traditional ceremonies. The British weddings that carried the full weight of two cultures at once. I coordinated them, styled them, held the space for them. Not as a side project. A calling.
I founded Luxciti because I saw a gap that frustrated me deeply. The British-African community was investing significantly in their celebrations and not receiving a luxury standard in return. Cultural fluency lived in one place. Operational excellence lived somewhere else. Nobody was bringing them together. Luxciti is that answer.

Every client relationship begins with deep listening. Before budgets or venues, Gift sits with you (or, more often, your family) and maps the emotional landscape of the day you are trying to create.
From that conversation flows a structured, contract-backed coordination process: vendor sourcing and vetting, AI design renders so you see your event before it is built, a 3D walkthrough of your styled venue, and a day-of management team there to deliver it, not to be seen.
